Assalamualaikum my sugar plumps readers! Sihat? Makan apa hari ni...? Haa.. Mostly members Atkins ni akan makan telur je bila datang waktu ' RAJIN ' tu.. Jangan tipu sunat lah.. Dalin sendiri pun tahu... Sebab Dalin pun sama.. haha.. Jumpa A, A kata telur bahaya.. Jumpa B, kata telur bahaya.. Jumpa C,D,E,G pun sama? Diorang tahu mana? dengar or kajian? Haaaa.. Jumpa Nur Dalina, dia kata tak bahaya.. macam mana tu? Makanan yang tinggi kolesterol meningkatkan kolesterol dalam darah. Maka saluran darah boleh tersumbat. Alaa.. ingat tak masa tunggu nak masuk jumpa doktor, depan dinding lekat poster kolesterol tersumbat tuu... Sebab tu lah doktor menasihati untuk kurangkan makanan yang berkolesterol tinggi. Realitinya, majoriti  kolesterol yang ada dalam darah kita dihasilkan dalam hati kita dan hanya 25% kolesterol yang diserap dari pemakanan kita.   Tapi ia tak bermakna anda boleh makan makanan seperti INI. dan INI ...

Menu (I) Induction Atkins

Assalamualaikum my sugar plump readers!!! Oke.. Sekarang Dalin nak nyatakan jenis-jenis menu yang Dalin ambil sewaktu phasa induction.. Sape yang tak faham apa itu phasa induction.. boleh rujuk di  SINI ye.. Contoh makanan seharian Dalin: Pagi: 2-3 biji telur separuh masak/scramble/telur mata 1L air Tengahari: Egg Tuna Roll: 1 biji telur sediakan siap-siap slice chedder cheese (pastikan yang rendah carbs) 1 sudu mayonnaise.. daun salad yang sudah dibersihkan tuna (pastikan yang rendah carbs) Cara-cara: Dadarkan telur Pindahkan ke atas pemukaan yang rata seperti pinggan atau cutting board cepat-cepat letakkan kepingan keju sementara telur masih panas letakkan 1-2 sudu besar tuna letakkan daun salad 1 sudu mayonnaise dan akhir sekali, gulung kan dia.. kalau tak gulung takde lah nama Egg Tuna Roll kan.. Siap!! dan 1 L air Resepi asal dari Aniza Saidin gambar dari pemilik resepi sendiri Cilok gambar orang lain.. kenapa? Persembahan dish...

Assalamualaikum my sugar plumps readers! I mish all of my readers so muchh..! aikk.. tak kenal tapi rindu? Dalin sentiasa merindui kehadiran manusia dalam hidup Dalin.. giteww.. Kurang kasih sayang ke haper? My semester break activities seems to be lost from my view.. hahahaha! well.. as the election is coming.. so my political war is getting hot in efbee! haha.. Some of you might know, and some of you didnt know... before this blog exist as a personal blog.. it is a political blog! percayo cakap den? Cayo laahhh.. But then I gave up.. muakk.. bosan.. fitnah sana sini.. tunding salah sini.. tuduh sana sini.. hina maki caci sana sini.. baik dari pihak bulan, dacing, mata atau roket.. Ape yang ke laut nye ni? All of my activities lah! My sub-sub activities.. Setakat cuti ni, apa yang Dalin buat..? Start Atkins.. Cuci Goldy (this is my car, which Ive already promise to wash him during my semester brek) Bought some chickens, meat, eggs and lots of veggies.. (cook? Not yet! ...

Zumba-ing

Assalamualaikum my sugar plumps readers.. Just a short post regarding my recent activity about Zumba.. As I mention my activities that I'll be doing during my semester break in here Yes.. Zumba! Sorry I dont have any pictures.. as it is private.. there is no men at all.. So, I think it is not appropriate to upload some pictures.. sorry guys.. but all I can say is, sweat! sweat! sweeaattt and sweeaaattttt... superb.. It is only about 1 hour, as I was sweating like hell.. Alhamdulillah there is no muscle injuries.. just some body ache here and there but not so serious.. due to lack of exercise! If i'm not mistaken, there are 5 type of dances with 5 different music.. the steps are aggressive and fast.. but I love it! I'm sure there is alot of Zumba class around Penang or KL if you ask me.. my zumba class is strictly to my orang kampung only.. and the registration is already close.. sorry... So, Happy Zumba-ing!! I'll be back!!

Seriouslyyyyyy...

Assalamualaikum my sugar plumps readers!! Seriously.. I cant wait for the last day of my final! this coming Fridayyyyy *purlis insert lagu Friday by Rebecca Black* and I cant wait to delete my FB accountt.. I get lots of comments asking, "wont you feel bored?" my answer is MAYBE.. as I am too addicted.. yes with DOUBLE Os to FB.. and I would always procrastinate things.. ie: I should study physics right now.. as tomorrow morning is my final.. Bad Me.. very bad.. huhu.. so, by the time I delete my FB accounts.. (notice that i put 's'? yes.. I have two fb accounts.. haha.. retis sangat kan) I hope I have lots of activities to do.. 1) Zumba.. Sort of aggressive work out.. heyy.. someone needs to loosen up some fats okeh..
